We are imperfect people who gather to worship a perfect God. We want to
share with everyone we can the truth of God's love for us, and the hope we
have in Jesus Christ. "Family, Friends, Community"
describes our church atmosphere and we would be honored to have you join us

I hope you have taken the opportunity to stop, look, and listen when you are at Edgefield these days – things are happening here!
Every time we gather for worship, bible study, and other activities I am sensing a real good spirit among our congregation. We are seeing God work in our midst in many ways and this is exciting. In marketing speak – there is a real buzz about us!
It is really fun for me, the new guy around here, to listen to the EBC veterans speak of their excitement about our church these days. I also like hearing newer folks saying how our church is meaningful to them as well.
What can we attribute this to? Is it a well designed strategy that is being proved right? Is it a lot of hard work by a lot of people? Are we finding our niche and connecting with it? Is it great sermons from a dynamic and engaging pastor?
All that to say – I do not know that any of the questions above are the answer, I am only sure that God is seeing fit to bless our church these days. This is a good thing and renews people’s spirit. I think people in today’s world could use a place where their spirit is lifted up and people are excited about God Almighty.
If you have been around Edgefield recently, I hope you have soaked it up. I hope you are living the words of Psalm 34:8 – “Taste and see that the LORD is good. How happy is the man who takes refuge in Him”
This is one thing to be thankful for this season. Amen!
